Moreover, public prosecutors had questions and to agencies. For a year have closed 10 representations which worked illegally. Remains 70 more. But also they should pass anew during half a year certification.

But there and then there is other problem. How to adopt our orphan to the inhabitant of the country which does not have authorized agency in territory of the Russian Federation?
